Our business is driven and measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and an ongoing review of feedback driven by our customer satisfaction process.This enables us to better align ourselves with the supply of mission critical services that are going to be of more value to our customers' business goals and objectives.

eSOURCE and it’s constituent companies has been accredited as an Investor in People for the fourth time in 2009. Since first satisfying an independent assessor in 2001 the management have worked hard to ensure that standards of training and development, so important in a service company, have been maintained and improved.
